Despite good intentions, many of us find that we are throwing away food that has gone bad weekly. Tackling this problem and making our community healthier, The McHenry County Defenders, will present a program showing us how to prevent food waste in your home. Despite so many people being food insecure, this is a problem that needs to be addressed for those who are finding that they have too much food waste and what are some solutions.
