This workshop will offer you an opportunity to explore the many benefits of journaling. For example, journaling benefits your mental health: It allows for a space without judgment to process emotions and thoughts. Reflection: Journaling is an excellent way to improve and support our memories. Legacy: It preserves perspective and lived experiences, and finally, organization: Journaling allows for processing and orienting of important tasks, and how to manage day-to-day life. Journaling can be all of these things in one book!
Journals will be provided or bring your own.
