Michael Spilg, PMI-certified instructor, will offer a beginner-friendly overview of project management methods, including Traditional, Agile, and Hybrid approaches. He'll introduce key team roles, tools, and ways of thinking for each style. While we'll briefly mention PMI and the PMP certification, the main focus is on understanding how different project types are managed. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
