Jay Kalinani, a researcher in astrophysics at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, will join us virtually (via Zoom/through the Skype a Scientist program) to talk about the life cycle of stars, black holes, and his path to becoming a scientist. We'll have time for Q&A at the end of his talk. Please join us if you're interested in science, astronomy, physics, or exploring careers in these fields. Registration required. For teens/grades 6 - 12.
