Please join us for a village-wide, multigenerational opportunity to write your story in celebration of Huntley's 175th and the Library's Local History Department's 25th Anniversaries. Our dynamic and fun guest speaker Tina Beaird will guide and inspire us on how to "Put Pen to Paper" and get started Writing Your Story. Tina is the owner of Tamarack Genealogy and lectures nationally. She is the 1st Vice President of the Illinois State Genealogical Society and board director for the Oswegoland Heritage Association. If inspired, we hope you will Write Your Story, Huntley! and share it with us. Submissions for our collection of essays and poems are due by 7/31/26. Remember, Together We Build Huntley's History.
