April Lamb, a researcher in plant pathology at the University of Kentucky will join us virtually (via Zoom/through the Skype a Scientist program) to talk about what a plant pathologist does, how plants get sick, how climate and environment affect crops, and how scientists help protect our food. Please join us if you are interested in learning about plant diseases, agriculture, careers in plants/science, or the life of a scientist! We'll have plenty of time for questions. For teens/grades 6-12. Registration required.
