• Safe/ethical use, good prompts, and quick wins to get started

Session 2: Hands-On Use Cases
• Bring one real personal task; define success and pick the right tool
• Guided prompt-building, iteration, and troubleshooting
• Capture “recipes” for repeatable workflows (summaries, trip plans, email drafts, spreadsheets)

Session 3: Tune-Up & Next Steps
• Show & tell: review outcomes and refine prompts/workflows
• Light automation options and guardrails for accuracy/privacy
