Participate in our annual Pumpkin Book Character Decorating Contest! Decorate a pumpkin (any size!) to represent a children's book or book character. Paint it. Dress it. Accessorize it. BUT NO CARVING PLEASE! Entries will be displayed in the Children’s Department and prizes will be awarded to the winning entry in four categories: Family, Youth (grades 5 and under), Teen (Grades 6 - 12), and Adult. Enter by yourself or with a group. The entry form, which details the rules for entering, is available at the Children’s Desk or online.
